    ... company run by native Indians and had an amazing air boat trip across the swamps. Our guide found plenty of alligators hidden in the undergrowth. Another amazing experience. We hit the road again and did the 130 odd miles to Naples, a very upmarket beach town. We checked in to the hotel, changed and went down to the bar and sat watching the most incredible sun set over a white sandy beach.     What specifically will happen in medicine that will lead to an increased average lifespan of 40 additional years? Today it is 75 or so.
