... think. The next morning we were up at six and all Pete wanted to do was go for a run. We decided to venture to one of the three lakes in Whistler, Lost Lake, which was the closest. We ran the very scenic 5km loop (not a bear to be seen) with a short stop off so Pete could face one of his biggest fears, swimming in a lake which looks like something out of a Lake Placid movie (which funnily enough was not far from where we ...

The last hike was our 9hour fun through snow and now we were hiking through the mountains at 6.30am through dense fog. But there are no stories to tell if you do what everyone else does right?! 5 minutes into the hike you come to the first lake. It's nice. Clear blue water with the clouds sitting above the trees. We walk through ...

... Whistler that afternoon but sadly I only caught the last 30seconds as they finished singing ‘Feel Good Inc.’

We broke our return journey up by having a Chinese at a restaurant on Granville St before hot footing it back to Whistler arriving home at 2345, with the car.
Jenny has to be up the following morning for her festival job, a long day handing out potato chips whilst I had to be in the village for 0845 to pick up three more ...
