... So between me stopping every 5 minutes to save my stomach as well as my knees, we made it to the top. Plenty of stairs and rocks to climb. And when I mean climbing rocks, I mean, there was chains on rocks where you had to pull yourself up the rock-face. Now that was good fun on tired legs. But the view was so breathtaking it was all worth it in the end and sweated out my hangover. Lazy day turned into a successful outing. So Livia and Paul have left for Switzerland for 4 months ...

... to enjoy the pools (hot & cold), steam room, sauna and various solariums. They recommend that you warm up for 10-15 minutes, cool off then rest for 10-15 minutes. I am not really a spa guy but I found it very relaxing and really enjoyed lounging in the solariums (basically a warm shed with comfy chairs).
