... going to see glow worms!! Yep, we are just that cool. Surfers is a huge party town, they hold club crawls, and we were asked about ten times what were doing that night. Instead of partying it up we were going for the educational Glow Worm Tour. We were picked up at the Grand Chancellor Hotel for our dinner. We went to the Ashmore seafood and steakhouse for dinner as part of our tour. We had a table for two all to ourselves since the rest of the group was all ...

I've dabbled a bit before, most recently in Newport on the west coast of New Zealand ...

    ... eats them.

After that excitement, we sailed off round an island, past some impressive pads to a nice beach where we moored and ate lunch in the boat. We had entertainment at the same time as there was a guy with a jet pack on his back who was literally walking on water. It wasn't even Sunday! He soared quite a few feet above the water and did all sorts of twisty things. I managed to video some of it. ...

... which is very nice, overlooking the river, and you can see Sea World across the water from here. Steve arrived a bit later. The little ones went for a swim in the river, which is just like a beach here. It has been a beautifully warm day, but once the sun goes down it cools, and the breeze coming off the water is quite cool. Nikki arrives tomorrow along with Aris and Peter and girls, then the busy times ...
