The weather made it too rough for the ship to run tender boats from the ship to their private island, Great Stirrup Cay. So we spent most of the day just drifting waiting for a port in Nassau, Bahamas to open up. We made it into port at 6 PM. We didn't go anywhere since it was already dark when we arrived. The one benefit to arriving early is that leaving the ship early tomorrow morning for our visit to Sandals will be much easier.

We drove over a bridge, and saw our Norwegian Cruise Line ship waiting for us ready to set sail to the Bahamas. We didn't know what to expect at all, as both of us had never been near a cruise ship before. We checked in as if we were boarding a plane, but quicker, and walked onto the ship.
