The following day was a sea day on our way around the bottom of the Italian 'boot' and on to Naples. The ship stopped at 5 am about half way between Greece and Italy after a distress call was received from a small power boat with 42 Syrian refugees. We arrived in Corfu in quite heavy rain. We had organized a hire car for €43 which was very reasonable, and decided we would continue on with our plans.
