If your looking for pure relaxation and a total carefree holiday then Tobago is the place to visit
It has changed considerably from 7 years ago since my last visit. There are allot more shops, petrol stations and houses and there are now 2 new shopping malls. Not your usual size malls like those of the US or UK but you can still browse the few shops that are there. Its still a nice afternoon away from the beach.

... a pretty little beach, however, that was supervised by the Department of Tourism. There were changing rooms and showers and a team of three life guards was on duty. Surf boards and other water sports equipment was available for rent and refreshment was available from local vendors. A very pushy beach-chair lessor persuaded us to rent his wares.
