... It was now around 7pm so Tam and I ran to the Jurassic Park water ride, probably not a good idea at this time of the day, but there wasn't much of a queue and what the hell! The ride was ok, probably better during the heat of the day when the sun was out and you could dry quicker, but it was fun. Next we literally ran to the last ride of the day before the park closed - The Hulk! This was probably the best ride we went on. It starts off at a slow pace making it's way up a ...

... just the yobbos from down under... Bit hard when you are travelling for 6 weeks. Settled in early as we need to get to breakfast early as we are docking at Jamacia for the day tomorrow. The destination was today Miami. Tony had days before asked if people wanted to go to the Miami Dolphins game the same day, which I of course had said yes to. Of course I had brought my 800$ camera, along ...

... and bars along the beach were all full, and even had semi-naked dancers outside! We also drove past the diner where Will Smith filmed the video for his song “Miami”.

Monday was our last day in Miami, and we headed downtown to see the Miami Heat parade. The Miami Heat is Miami’s basketball team, and they had won the Championship the day we had arrived. To celebrate, several blocks downtown were closed off so that they could ...

... were cheap and didn't buy a GPS because we thought that we could make do with Google maps and a big road atlas from Walmart. In the end that worked out fine because we had access to a lot of free Wifi at McDonalds, Starbucks and Tim Hortons. But I'm sure the time it took to navigate and find wifi could have been saved by just punching in an address into a Tom Tom. I'm a little bit old school; I like being a control freak and having a map in hand.

      4. Gear. We needed a lot of ...
