    ... the day but just as last time , it was shut down and they told us to come back tomorrow! Well that wasn't going to happen but Cara and Bailey felt the Forbidden Journey was a better ride anyway so we were not horribly disappointed. After this incredibly long day- we were beat! Feet aching, heads spinning we all fell right to sleep after returning to the hotel. Tomorrow we check out and head to Vero- hallejullah ...

    ... who would have thought 22 yrs ago I would be back! The best bit of all was the illumination spectacular, which we watched with everyone else after our Moroccan meal. Again we were asphyxiated most of the time we were ever stationery by Steves shoes. Apparently he can smell nothing, we all now move away and sit elsewhere. Even the suggestion we bin them and purchase some jandals clearly wasn't enough to hit ...

    ... will never deny an opportunity for some good chocolate. We shopped around until it was time to catch a bus to Animal Kingdom Lodge for dinner at Boma. Boma is an African buffet. Another incredible meal...up there with 'Ohana. Maybe Terry will eventually give us a colorful narrative of this meal later on. After that, we caught a bus to the Magic Kingdom, then another bus to Coronado. Still, bus service has been incredible. Pedometer reading: 11.3. That's a total of 55.1 miles so ...

    ... animals were out and about. The safari ride is a huge 30 passenger or so "jeep" type of vehicle. It travels in a huge loop through a wildlife safari. We saw hippos, elephants, lions, ostriches, gnu, zebras, assorted antelope, gorillas and flamingoes. The scenery is beautiful, you can tell Disney spares no expense on landscaping and creating that "magical feeling".
