To say it has been an eventful day does not even begin to cover the adventures I have been on today. ... to leave it till last as it was only a couple of blocks from our hotel. They had some amazing cakes, we both brought a small one each, they were amazing, but we couldn't eat them all, we should have shared. ... for the first day of exploring NY. Robs and Stan went on a tour of Ground Zero and then we took the Staten Island ferry to see the Statue of Liberty. ... plenty of people gawking at this colossus from many different vantage points. When the Staten Island ferry goes past, it is a wonder it doesn't tip over to one side as all the passengers are on the side of the ferry where they can get a picture of her!
