I loved this hotel, it was one if the best I've ever stayed in. It included free wifi, a short walk to the beach and a very short stroll to the restaurants. My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, it had a fridge with an ice maker built into it, Foxtel, excellent facilities for cooking and many amazing facilities outside too, including: a pool; a kids pool; and a luxurious spa. I had lots of fun there.

... would be an awful shame to go to all this trouble and expense and end up with something less than adequate. The trip will cost me only a little more than the air freight, and I get to have a couple of side trips to a couple of less travelled parts of India. All makes perfect sense really. Sitting at the Kirra Surf Club, having a glass or two of bubbles and enjoying the view of the sea. Not a particularly nice afternoon, quite cloudy and a little bit cool but that's ...
... only met other American's for the majority of our time at the Gold Coast.
It was very nice to explore city life and see other Americans, however, I am missing my own uni. I feel that in order to truly get the Australian experience you need to spend time in a less populated country town like Wagga. Although it is huge, it seems small and homey.

He said we should "go hard or go home" and this is why we started out at the Extreme H20 Zone! **To help describe these rides I have extracted the explanation of each from the park's website and also added some of their promo photos to keep the memory alive.** So, without time to jump in a pool and wet ourselves we left Mark's flip ...
... We had expected it to have views over the valleys and distant mountains, but it was simply a 17.5km rainforest walk. As we continued round the circuit we passed a few waterfalls and took some photos before we began to get ourselves nervous as we discussed the possibility that he had only sent us on this long walk to guarantee we would be away from our belongings! He had already asked us this morning if we had a laptop with us and had given us a DVD to check out, but the more ...
... keep your eyes peeled all around the boat as he could pop up anywhere!". Unfortunately after a lot of chasing we didn't see any whales and were very relieved to get back into calmer waters. One poor woman had been on her back throwing up almost as soon as she steeped on the boat and was still throwing up once we got off. After an alright day we then caught our bus to Brisbane to see Rav and Liz!
