Oh my god... I am very excited about today. We are off to Universal Studios and particularly to Island of Adventure!! Last time I was here was when Harry Potter world had just opened and now this year they have opened a new section too!!

Anyway we went off to the park knowing that it was probably going to be the case that we would have to queue - we were however pleasantly surprised! After getting to the park and walking through city walk we were straight ...

I can lose myself in books, music, films, personal reflection, people watching and the transience of it all. I reckon I'm not alone too. We were both really tired when we got back to the hotel, and put our heads down intending to have a nap at 8pm, only to wake up at 5am the next ...

... day lol. Bag checks at the Disney parks are pretty comical and pointless when you see what they actually do, but we have to go through this lip service process daily and queue :). The day was spent on Rock n roller coaster, Tower of terror, studio backlot tour, beauty and the beast show. Fast passes had to be used to get on some rides as 60+ minute waits. Check the faces on photos of RNRC and tower of terror. I can still hear Tabari screaming as the ...

... foot prints on the kitchen and lounge tiled floors were a obvious sign as to the culprit given their ages of 14, 9, 7 and 6 :). The kids spent pretty much all day in the pool playing with inflatables and their snorkels. As to be expected, there was the odd "time outs" for behavioural issues but no casualties after a very long day poolside. The adults had to take turns supervising the kids in pool. Murlene took the car (tank) ...
