    Today was amazing. We woke up and went to the buffet for breakfast . After we met as a big group and left the boat for our first excursion which is Ochos Rios .(Dunns River Falls&Maragrita vile .     ... climb up together. At one pool we were pushed down a 'slide' into another pool which was good fun! It was almost a shame when we reached the top. We had our picture taken under the 'climbed the Dunns River Falls' sign and then tried to find the exit. This is where they get clever! The exit trail takes you all through the shops!!     ... Sting rays or snorkel you are not allowed to take cameras unless they are under water ones, so we have no pictures.

    We did not want to get out as the sea water was so warm and inviting! But we had other things to do. After some lovely Hagen Das Ice Cream (it was truly divine, I had rum and raisin mmm) and a very messy sticky little boy, we went for a boat ride.     ... black outside. Another thing about Jamaica , during sunrise and sunset the transformation from dark to light and vice versa is very quick. Blink and you can miss it!

    Throughout the day when ever I spoke to one of the hotel staff I always got a positive ‘Yeah Man’ to every request, so that became my ‘Words for the day’....Yeah Man! :0)
