Ocho Rios Sign Language Group
Beaches are great, mountains are beautiful but the most memorable impressions always come from spending time with our christian brothers and sisters. Tonight was my second meeting visiting the Content Gardens Congregation in Ocho Rios where they host an American Sign Language Group.

Dunn's River Falls
... itself depends greatly on the time of day you attempt it. My first climb was around 9am and it was so easy I managed to hold my camera ( which is NOT waterproof) and make it up to the top without bailing. Later that day, I went again around 3pm, this time with my hands free to roam and explore but the current was so strong, I needed to use both hands and plant my feet firmly into the rock face just to keep from falling.

Jamaican Bobsled and Dunn’s River Falls
... falls. They were in their swimming suits and wet shoes. They had a guide, an assistant and a videographer with their group which Annette named the Movie Stars. While we watched them slog through the water, and slide down the rocks, and hold hands as they trekked up the falls, Derek and I got thirsty and hungry. The poorly Thespian

Anyway the girls then went to breakfast before coming back up to the room. Kaisha was put back to bed and I took K down to breakfast. Amazingly K had agreed to go to Kids club after breakfast. I had discussed it with him earlier and told him he had his day yesterday and it was now my turn to have a day to myself. Agreeing to go I said we could play tennis again afterwards when I collected him at 17:00.
