We left Vancouver Monday morning headed for Kelowna and a 12 day stay with Rae and Michael at their property on Okanagen Lake. After somewhat of a roller coaster aeroplane ride - in which even the stewardesses remained fastened and seated, we reached Kelowna safely and were greeted by Rae. It is great to have a base for a few days where we can relax, catch up and do some washing. Straight off the plane we ordered Rae to the bottle shop for supplies! Shocked at the lack ...

Bree showed her Vic licence, no problems there, but they wanted to see insurance and rego papers but of course Redmond still had them and we were 2 days off swapping the rego over. She let us off, think we will have to get use to getting pulled over because our van looks so old and dodgy! Haha On Wednesday, Redmond, Bree and I will sort out the registration in town. 6 days until ...

... down and instead, toboggan down the hill to dinner! The 2 of us and our drinks on the one sled made for an epic fail. It was hilarious, but made it safely covered in snow. Jacob cooked up the barby while the girls did the rest. Kayla, Jacob, Jess, Katie, Brooke, Corey, Ash, Codey, Bree and myself were all their for tea then later Dusty and Brenton arrived home from work to join us. Everyone enjoyed the Pizza Shapes and Tim Tams that had come in the mail that day ...
