... chickens and goats everywhere. People let their goats roam around but the goats always go back at night. The only wild animal on this island is The green monkey! They are annoying to people but there is a hospital that uses these monkeys for important research. The polio vaccine was tested on these monkeys.

In general, I got the idea that crime does not really exist here. I may be wrong, but I felt like I could go anywhere and not be scared. A nice day.

... steaks....then I saw the Grilled Cowboy steak (which is a rib chop) served at another table and I could not resist. Yes I knew I was never going to eat an 18 oz (500grams) steak on my own (especially after the other previous dishes). But Rib Chop? It had to be done. My slab of cow arrived medium rare, just like I love it. This was perfectly charred and so tender and juicy.
