      ... The first half an hour is spent just soaking in a hot bath with mud poured in before you get in, to soften the skin and relax you. After half an hour you hop out and cover yourself with a pot of fresh mud then stand (in the cold.. joy) for 10 minutes to let it harden. After the 10 minutes you then jump back into the warm bath and soak for another hour. It was just brilliant! We had wine and they give you a plate of fruit, cheese and crackers and we just relaxed under the stars and ...
