... at a Chinese restaurant at 6pm, but I really wasn't keen to go there. It was out of town, a bit expensive and it seemed like somewhere you only ate at if you were Chinese. I felt a bit uncomfortable there the night before and didn't really want to dine there. But it was now looking like a possibility. ... rain settled in for the rest of night. We then relaxed and packed before heading to dinner at our hotel at 645pm. Fortunately we had booked before there was another big wait to eat (I don't think many people wanted to venture from the hotel in the rain). Our meals were amazing. We picked up a few bargain surf items and passed the time talking to the ever delightful, friendly locals before telling the girls that we were off to a luau for dinner.
