    ... rose is in full bloom out in the back garden. Daisy has taken some pictures for me which I will be pleased to see. This is the first year it has really come into bloom since we planted it. It is called Mdme. Alfred Carriere.
    Buddy came over and we slow cooked brisket for dinner and then ice cream. A very nice family evening. Another good FT with Mike and Asher up in Boston. It's a wonderful way to keep in touch. ...

    ... going to the gym and activities. We had a lovely FT call with Michael (Harriet's grandson) and Laura and their son Asher. They came and stayed with us in September 2013 when Asher was 10 months old. He was adorable then and still is now and is beginning to talk - knows quite a lot of words and is running around, whereas he was just "pulling up" when we saw him last.

    ... We wanted a European/German style name to match the origin of the car (VW). The meaning (according to google) Famed, bright, shinning. Sounded good to us.

    ... up and down in the water. A lot of them had little baby manatees trailing behind them which was adorable. Besides staring at the Manatees it was a small park without much to do so when we got our fill we drove to a nearby park and did a short boardwalk trail. It was a very busy place because it is known as a great spot to bird watch.     Yesterday ended up with a bit of an adventure.

    We decided to take Andrew out for a walk and he sat in his stroller for the first time like a big boy :) He really enjoyed being able to see the world :) However as we were heading back to the car, we got stuck in a HUGE FL sized rain storm.
