Most of the golf nuts who come to Barbados play the Royal Westmoreland or Shady Lane mainly because or their notoriety, and to say they played courses made famous by the likes of Tiger Woods, etc...Blah,Blah,Blah.

We're at the airport right now as we're heading back to Miami for a few days before we go to South America :S
Anyways, yesterday we went to Bathsheba Beach on the east coast of the Island where the landscape is vastly different from the Caribbean Sea coast. We went by bus and if I was ever uneasy whilst on the public buses before, they were like riding pedal cars compared to this ride. ... A very entertaining pastime is to go "Mudlarking" on the banks of the Thames when the tide is out.

You've got to keep a weather eye on the quickly rising tide and check out tide time tables before hitting the beach. Just so you know, in olden times, prisoners where tied to the wharves at just the right height to eventually drown when the tide rose above just above their noses. Gulp!
