Kelowna is a much bigger town than either of us were expecting.
We then drove to the liquor store to grab some drinks for the night. When we walked back to the bus we saw that everyone was outside the bus. It was then we found out that a tour leader Megan had locked the keys in the car! The ignition was still on.
We had to wait around 30 minutes for a mechanic to come pry the door open ...
Leanne all told us to keep Wednesday free for our work party and we were all curious and excited to no what we were going to get up to! We arrived in the afternoon around 4pm in our snow gear and first stop was at rentals to all get snowshoes! We stopped in at Sante's and Leanne lined up banana shots which we all smashed down. The day continued and we all snow shoed through the woods for a bit and appears ...
... that night so it was perfect!!! :) it was so soft and I got to try lots of different runs than I did when I was there as i become a bit more advance since leaving big white!!! :) we rode for 7 hours how insane the legs where definitely killing after so much fresh powder!! Just before last call on the chair lifts we decided we would climb the "knoll" which actually gave a lovely view of the village and everything :) sat and had a few beers ...
First family tea since the boys came back from there roady. Allana cooked up a big risotto and took it to there house. Steph usually cooks so we owed her one. Conner mum and dad were visiting the hill so they came for dinner to. The next night we had a BBQ down at Whitetail (Happy Valley) at Kayala's with a Jess, Brooke, Katie, Corey, Allana, Jacob, Kayla, Codey, Ashley and I. Our first BBQ since being in Canada! Allana and I decided not to take the Gondola down ...
