... Wayne 'Swirled; it was goo-ood!

From there we headed the rest of the way to Conway, New Hampshire. I liked this state as well. Their motto "Live Free or Die Hard" kind of resonates with me as a motorcycle enthusiast. People were friendly and the roads were good. The weather was great today which helped keep our spirits up. The White Mountain National Forest area was awesome. All in all I'm pretty proud of ...

The further we drove the heavier the snow was getting and the outside temperature is now 28 degrees Fahrenheit, enough for the water on the highway to freeze and that was a bit worrying.
By the time we were on the outskirts of Quebec the snow is starting to get much heavier and visibility a few hundred metres.

... climb went by in a flash. Wow, pretty easy ride to the top! Maura and I hung out at the overlook, soaking up the sunshine and the scenic mountains views. I told Maura the chain popping and gearing problem was much worse, not better, after yesterday's bike shop repair. I felt safe riding Surly downhill and into Maine since she had new brakes, but, it ...
