... disembark when we arrived in Salt Lake City around 12:30am, then laid down on the big berth and waited for C to settle. It took her a really long time, but she got there eventually. Both kids slept through to the SLC Central Station, but had gotten enough sleep to not be cranky as we transitioned over to the hotel via taxi.

When we got into our room, D was only to happy to help arrange the beds so that everyone could get back to sleep.

... fancy ranches. We stopped at a highway rest area and had lunch at the Crazy Cow Cafe. Delicious chicken salad, it was great to eat fresh food. As we got closer to Salt Lake City the traffic on the south bound was at a crawl as this weekend marks the end of summer with the Labour Day long weekend. The north bound wasn't too bad and eventually we turned off to head out to Park City.
