... of mine, I decided that standing on my chair and pretending I was interested in what was going on onstage would get me out of it. Alcohol wasn't for sale inside, but a local decided to share his rocket fuel with us. I don't know what it was but I'm pretty sure that he runs his car on it. It was about 4am when we got back and we were up again at 8am for the bus trip back to Cartegena, feeling bad.

The tour stopped in Miami for two nights. It was pretty hot so we wore our one and only pair of shorts we packed. There are a lot of foreigners here but I'm not sure where they are from. They speak Spanish and there is a little Havana area in town so they could be Cuban Immigrants. Holiday makers could be from South America. The city is very different from other states we have visited so far. Its like Bali and Surfers ...

... shots over the water of pink and purple hues as the sun was setting. Everyone was on croc alert (plus snakes) and Luke made a bee-line for the water and skidded over on his jeans - oh joy!

The park is an isolated one so there is no mains or internet connection or cellphone service but that's OK. We've got plenty to do - more yummy chicken soup from Mama's Kitchen…. eat darlings! No hot chocolate for those who don't eat dinner. All good, ...
