My last two days in Tenerife

      ... night!

Though many of my friends decided to go out for one last night of fun, many more decided not to, along with me, since most of us have very early flights to catch tomorrow. I got to say some really hard goodbyes, hug some of the most incredible people I've ever met for the final time and share last laughs. ... before. We arrived at the unit at about 8:15 as we always do, and we spent about 45 minutes in the morning meeting where all the doctors gather together to discuss various patients and particularly challenging cases. ... but for someone like me who suffers with acute travelbug what exactly lies over the hill is more interesting.

The following days were spent exploring a little further along the coast northward. Arising quite early did not entice me to exercise myself, it gave me the chance to try to get my brain into some kind of order with crossword or some of the numerous number games which fill the centers of newspapers. Even as early risers the availability ...

      Week3---WEEKEND---week4

... since it was in the south we had absolutely perfect weather. It was extremely sunny and warm, but not uncomfortably hot or humid--perfect weather for the beach. The south is the most popular tourist area on the island, so everyone on the beach spoke an awkward mix of Spanish, English, French and German. The beach itself though was among the top five most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. The sand was a mix of black and white, so it had this cool brown/silver color I've never ...
