    ... the hatchlings were underway. A really knowledgable woman from the volunteer group was there to check that everything was going ok.     ... in the sand. Swimmers swimming two widths of the wide, calm bay, or like us lazing. Walk along the beach and back along Hastings Street, with its trendy shops, galleries and the cafes it was nice to stroll along.

    I had spotted on the map Laguna Lookout,in the national park, so headed off there, wow the views were so good, such a lucky find. You could see Noosa bar, where the river meets the sea, the islands ...

    ... road trip begins as we drive to Noosa up the M1, Bruce highway and off along the sunshine motorway, the coastal route to Noosa

    We stopped at Coolum beach, our first view of an Australian beach, beautiful white sand and vast in size. Not sure about the sign 'beware of snakes'

    So far this is a pretty great place to be! On the coast, next to the beaches! Can't complain!Wednesday, we took the kids to a castle they have here in Bli Bli. It was built 40yrs ago by some German who just wanted a castle and his wife loved fairy tales! it was cute. Ruby and I climbed up into the tower, shes fearless! it was quite the view from the top!
