    ... and a more green ground cover. The kids claim their tired of red rocks -- "seen one you've seen them all" sort of thing. Abe and I remain in awe of the scale of the land and the idea that it's constantly changing and being altered by erosion, rain and geological movement.     ... had filet with Maytag blue cheese grits and Derek ordered the Roasted Pork Volcano with polenta fries. I sampled all the food but thought my trout was by far the winner! The live music started about 7:00. It was a delightful way to enjoy our last evening.     ... some relief from the bikes and something to have a look at - it was initially set up as way station for travellers; where the pony express riders went east to west and the pony riders, went north to south. There was a Mormon missionary couple there at the time , with multiple kids who tendered to the travellers; shod the horses; grew gardens and feed people along the way - makes you wonder when they had time to have the 9 kids as well. ...

    So on to the fun rules we learned for Mormonism (including questions we asked our two lovely and articulate tour guides and their answers):

    1. Sealing = Marriage Plus.
