... We sat at the back of the stand with our Aussie flag proudly displayed. A large group of Swedish supporters set up next to us so we ended up supporting Sweden as well.
There was a buzz of excitement in the air as we waited for the first skier. Lots of noise and action. Music, announcer revving up the crowd, giveaways, a big screen to watch (a JumboTron) they call it here.

When I opened my eyes this morning it was an OMG moment. I was looking at Shadow Mountain and the Slopes of Aspen. Unreal! It was a bluebird day and we were looking at the World Cup course. Couldn't ask for anything better than that.
