    Cruisin down the coast

    ... big, but most of the view was obscured by homes - hardly any of the shore was accessible.

    We met our neighbours who were holidaying from Vancouver and the camp had a nice vibe. At 6:40, the caretakers went around the park in an electric golf buggy ringing a bell "7 o'clock icecreams at the firepit" which was meant to be a social event. Jonathan arrived with our bowls and money at 7:40 only to be told it finished at 7:30 sharp!

    Leaving Crater Lake, we descended out of the mountains and drove back to Portland along the coast. We were treated to excellent views, and we stopped to view some sea lions.
