    ... so we could take a swim. It was after 5:00 by now so dogs were again allowed on the beach. We headed out into the waves with Harley right with us. He jumps the waves just like we did and doesn’t have any fear of them. He got one that washed over him and he just bobs up and keeps on going. I think he enjoyed it but we didn’t stay in too long because it was around high tide and it was a bit rougher than we cared for.

    ... the rest of the crew noticed that Jack was missing, they were engaged in other action and couldn’t return for two years. When they did, all they found were 32 empty casks of rum scattered up and down the beach and the bleached out bones of Jack. Hence, the island became Drunken Jack’s Island, the island that this restaurant looks out at.

    We pulled down our row and unhooked the Jeep so I could position the coach. Our space was just long enough for the coach to fit, but it was wide so we could put the jeep in the grassy/dirt next to the concrete pad. It has a couple of shade trees and a picnic bench.     Peggy wanted to see the student exhibit at the Horry Georgetown Technical College in Conway. That was our first stop. We then did a walking tour of the historic part of Conway. Conway does not contain as old buildings as Georgetown. It was still a nice quiet walk.
