We did manage a bite to eat before calling it a day acknowledging the shops here were just out of our league! Back at our hotel, we enjoyed a beer and wine and chill time.

It just seemed to early to call it a day and of course our last chance to explore Italy. We headed out again but not so far ...

We took another trip to airport and retrieved my luggage last night. Met Giovani and Rooney as they arrived from Amsterdam at 10:45. What a hassle getting my suitcase. I rung the bell at the "closed lost n found" as I was told. A lady came and opened window to talk with me. It was the same woman who had taken my particulars earlier. She told me the plane with my bag was just arriving so I had to wait 15 more minutes. When it came, I could see it on the other side of the glass ...
