      ... the Camera Club of Tucson in Bosque del Apache Wildlife Refuge to photograph the Sandhill Cranes and real snow birds. This will be our fourth year of visiting the Bosque the week after Thanksgiving and weather forecast, at least for the weekend is for temps in 60's.

      However, we know from experience, that the weather can turn quickly so we will monitor the patterns to see when we need to make our exit to Tucson.

      After a grueling five days of driving, it was time to find a nice campground and hang out for a few days. My plan was to stay at the state park on the beach near Destin. But the polar vortex spoiled things, so I found an RV park near Pensacola instead.       ... we drove around the area and checked out the beach and walked on the pier. What we noted was that the beach sand is very white and very fine, almost like sugar. While on the pier, we saw a couple sea turtles, but no fish or dolphins.
