    ... stingrays and lots of jellyfish! Walking through the underwater viewing tunnels was great as we watched fish, sharks, stingrays, and turtles swim around us and over us. The Seal Show was very entertaining and informative about the different species of seals. A great afternoon.     We were woken at 5.15 this morning by a phone call from Lynn with the news that Grandma Smith had passed away. As we were four hours from our next stop, Las Vegas, and 8 hours from LA we decided to drive to Vegas and make decisions when we arrived that afternoon.     ... Coast area would make a good holiday destination if you went to the right places slightly away from the centre. Several people have said to us that the south of the Gold Coast is actually the best area to visit, particularly Palm Beach; luckily this is where we had booked to stay with another Airbnb host. Palm Beach is very quiet and it is more relaxed than other central areas.
