... the end of the concert, Yasmine and the girls headed home and to meet some friends, when I was just ready for bed so I got into my van and parked outside of Yasmine's place and slept in the van for the night. She offered me to stay with her but I love sleeping in my van! Love it! The next morning I got changed and went in search of coffee. ... been hit by a car. I nearly burst into tears. 323 miles later we arrived at Takhini Hot Springs which has a lovely RV park next door to the public springs. Takhini Hot Springs flows out of the Earth’s interior at 385 litres (86 gallons) per minute and 47º Celsius. Up early to be ready for our tour pickup bound for Whistler, only to do the old soft-shoe shuffle waiting for the bus who was waiting for the other guests at other hotels. Some got on completely different buses to the ones sent for them, and we didn't have our complete busload till after lunch.

... lots of people crashing out! We arrived at the bottom of the mountain where there was a live concert taking place as part of the World Ski & Snowboard Festival. A few days later was the big party. This was for the whole of Whistler Kids and we had exclusive use of Merlin’s Bar. The theme was ‘Whistler Kids Stampede’ so everyone dressed as cowboys!
