Well I am pleased to report our pace has really slowed down now. A whole lot of not much going on these days in Hawaii.

Our first day here was Saturday (Which was Sunday in Australia), we slept in a bit, had breakfast and had a swim in that lovely beach water for a couple of hours.

... slow afternoon relaxing and getting our bearings collected, we
grabbed some tea and had a walk through the "Waikiki beach block party".
This was basically simply blocking off Kalakaua Avenue (The road that runs
along the beach) and setting up a whole heap of food and touristy type stalls and several groups of live musicians) Fun atmosphere and a nice way to end the evening.
