We have travelled a long way to see this Blue Ribbon event on the World Cup Alpine Skiing Calendar. It has been much anticipated in our household for some months. Knowing that this is the final hit out for the athletes on the Birds of Prey course before the 2015 World Championships we knew the world's best would be here and we certainly have not been disappointed.

... of very nice and expensive restaurants but not too many casual eating establishments. The Coyote Cafe is a stones throw from the Centennial lift at the base of the mountain. Mexican/burger standards along with an impressive array of beers. The service is quick and efficient. In the background you see a continuous reel of videos of extreme skiing. It was farewell to the lovely town of Aspen today and time to move on to our next stop, Beaver Creek. We hired a car for the two hour drive as we wanted to take our time to see some of the amazing scenery of the Glenwood Canyon.
