... the last two hours. A stressful and disappointing evening, but oh well, part of the adventure I suppose! Shattered once we arrived, we checked into our room in byron bay and hit the sack. Day 11, our first in byron bay. Had a little walk around, a pretty small town, relaxed, chilled out, plenty of hippies around. We went to the beach for a while and swam in the sea, sunbathed a bit but had a relaxed day all in all. Cooked a healthy dinner after eating **** all day ...

... the beach sitting and relaxing before checking in to our latest hostel. Not overly impressed with the hostel we spent the afternoon on the beach catching up on some sleep following a host of early mornings. On the evening we ate in one of the many beachside restaurants and had some drinks in the Hard Rock Cafe.

The following day we were on the beach by 9:30am, this will give you an idea of how much time we wanted to spend at ...

... were so disgusting! We fell asleep as they swore and shouted at each other trying to set up their tent in the rain. Tues 12th Nov - This morning we woke to the sound of the bogan family and a nearby RVs Alsatians who were barking at them. The vile bogan mother repeatedly shouted at them in no uncertain terms to "shut their f***ing dogs up" unable to comprehend the possibility that it was their antics (or possibly smell) that was making the dogs bark. We got up and had some ...
