... across the river via the Millennium Bridge, and halfway across we bought some hot nuts from a vendor, not a chirpy cockney, but a sad looking Eastern European. The bridge comes out just below St Paul's, so we cut up to Cheapside and caught a bus to Brick Lane where we had an amazing curry at the "UK's best curry house in 2013". All the restaurants have touts outside, and they lure you in with deals. We couldn't resist 25% off and a free beer.

... years ago when see lived in England. We had some fish and chips and some BBQ chicken pizza. We didn't have a lot of time left so we did a quick walk across a bridge over the Thames River an saw The London Eye and Big Ben. On the other side of the bridge we skimmed through the South Bank Christmas market. We took the "Tube" back to the airport which took 45 mins and just got on our flight to Delhi.

and Sara (ironnnnyyyyy), and a group of Londoners who were quite impressed that
I got into Durham. Eventually we settled in with a different group of people.
