      ... the most stunning hydrangeas I have ever seen. The beach is long and wide with Haystack Rock rising 235 feet above the sand just offshore. It is home to many species of birds and marine life in the tide pools. I enjoyed taking my daily walk along the shore and, as the tide receded, found a variety of colorful and interesting creatures.
