Our earliest wake up yet: the alarm went off at 5:30, but
after going to bed at 10, we didn’t have too much trouble.

We headed down to the Black Canyon of Gunnison National
Park. James was intent on actually having 3 meals after not being allowed to
eat anything substantial until dinner the day before (other versions of the

Edie was stuffed so she didn't want ice cream in the first place, Ben didn't like any of the favors and since nobody else was having any, he didn't either. So, instead they played in the fountains for about 10 mins. Then we all went back home and the kids settled down on air mattresses and couches to watch, Big Hero 6. While the adults ate and talked out on the deck. Then we all went to ...

... We had a tub to ourselves and just as we got in huge balls of snow began to land on our heads. It looked like minature snowballs but melted as soon as you touched. What a fun way to end a perfect holiday.
Monday is a travel day. I head to Salt Lake City and they are returning to Tampa.
I am so thankful we have had this time together. I asked Hope what she liked best and she replied... Time with my family. :). I agree.
