    ... is very good, made the cheese scones for the visitors on Friday, a hit…3 ingredients ,SR flour, Cheese, and yoghurt…Simple..! Enjoying all the fruit, and making a few different things, as you do on holiday… This is a still good place to come, easy to access, and plenty to do. We hope Family can enjoy this at some stage…We will be back in NZ on the 13th August…so lots to enjoy yet… Love from us, Faye and Sam. ...

    ... the hatchlings were underway. A really knowledgable woman from the volunteer group was there to check that everything was going ok. It was magical to watch these tiny loggerhead turtles follow the moonlight to the sea. Nia followed one with her red torch from the nest right down the beach and into the waves.     ... road trip begins as we drive to Noosa up the M1, Bruce highway and off along the sunshine motorway, the coastal route to Noosa

    We stopped at Coolum beach, our first view of an Australian beach, beautiful white sand and vast in size. Not sure about the sign 'beware of snakes'

    ... city of Brisbane. We decided that $28.00 for an overnight stay would be fantastic. In other words we broke our journey in half.

    Plan was great. Catch we dithered for so long trying to work out how to pay on Frequent Flyer points the site, unbeknown to us, flicked out our login and we have ended up paying the whole lot on credit card and keeping the FFP. Oh well the plan was good and we were going to enjoy ourselves.

    ... to Charlene and Keiran's friends' restaurant. It is a Brazilian place called Samba and had the most amazing BBQ meats. Leon and I had something called a Rodizio where we got to eat as much as we wanted of 11 different meats which came out on a big skewer and was carved straight on to our plates. Absolutely delicious but both of us ate way too much, hence no dinner tonight :) We then came home to chill out and watch the footy (unfortunately the Eagles lost) and just hung out around the ...
