... for a cuppa first whilst trying to decide how to get to where we were going. Eventually it got light and we haggled a price with a tuk tuk driver to take us to the nearest skytrain station and hopped in with another lad who had just arrived.

As a practical example of a handicraft practiced by the locals, the man made a beautiful decoration used for the funerary ceremonies by carving banana leaves.

The lunch
We had lunch on the side of the canal. The choice was mainly seafood - prawn, octopus, fish - and we chose the biggest, fattest roasted fish to feast on. Thinking about it still makes my mouth water!!
