... My heart skipped a beat as the first thing that came to mind was 'we are definitely going to get rolled!' A few moments later a few local girls got off a bus and helped us hitch a ride down the road to Hopkins. A ute pulled over and the 6 of us jumped in. ... needed on Jambo were slooooowly getting it done. As it turned out the radiator did have a leak which had to be fixed, we did need rear brake pads (not surprisingly after all the hills and stop/starts for the infuriating speed humps all over the show), and they had to do a full lube service changing all the oils including the diffs, gear box and transfer box.
