    ... it up. Fuel was $2.69 here, so it is still fairly reasonable. I found a couple of places on the road that were $2.49 but there was no way I could get in and out easily, or at all. $200 later, we were pulling out with a full tank.

    We took the opportunity to pull over and eat lunch since there were vacant parking aisles to stop in. After lunch and a potty break for Harley we were back to the road. We only had around 38 miles left to travel ...

    ... to a cloudy drizzly morning and rain from TS Ana. Left late morning to head to one of the barrier islands that has Emerald Isle, Salter Path and Atlantic Beach. Yes we are south of Jacksonville and come across an Atlantic Beach. The weather cleared up and it has turned into a beautiful day.
