A couple of hugs to a sobbing mother and friends and finally the trip of a lifetime, one several years in the making, was underway.

Having been stressing about my tardily-challenged and partially arabic looking friend causing us to miss our flight (we were already well behind the 8-ball) it was only right that I was pulled aside for a dual security check. Satisfied that my only weapon was my baby blues and arresting charm i was sent on my way.

... recommended was a Mexican restaurant. I chose the shrimp tacos, which were delight and a kiwi caipiroska, also a delight! I also felt like I was definitely getting one of my 5 a day - there was so much kiwi in it! In addition we shared a starter with potato skins, wings, and onion rings. All very very lovely! We returned back to the flat and Georgie and I had to tackle the arduous task of packing. So so dull. Then it was a couple of made in Chelsea's followed by ...

... This was a relatively short tour that lasted about an hour but was chock full of interesting information. Gustavo mentioned 6 large Brazilian owned banks in the entire country. He mentioned that 3 are government owned and 3 are privately owned. The 3 gov't owned banks he spoke of were BNDES, Banco Brasil, and Banrisul, and the 3 Privately owned large Brazilian banks he spoke of were Bradesco, Spanish Bank and of course Itau.

... i met Seuli again and we ventured out to a town called Embu which used to be a more traditional village and is famous for its artists and handicrafts. On the way we went to churrasco restaurant...and oh my god, meat lovers prepare to get very jealous....it was just the best steak (and others tbh) that i have ever had.
