... nice, comfortable, clean, spacious, etc. I would definitely recommend it. The people were very nice, although I didn't socialize much as I was exhausted and went to bed at 9 30 or something. Had a great sleep though :).
Today (Sept 7), I went to the zoo!! Since my con tiki starts in Berlin, I didn't want to go see many of the sights, as I will be seeing them on the tour, so the zoo was a great idea. I saw polar bears, a brown bear, elephants, rhinos, etc, ...

The last night before the music festival they put on a delicious barbeque for me. They must have done well as they had me eating meat.. Either that or I learned I had to eat the meat as Germans don't really eat vegetables or greenery.

The new and cosmopolitan Berlin.....

I like being able to do that, so I’m going to continue my Italian language studies! We continued our visit at the restaurant for more than an hour over a fine Italian hot meal and then headed back to our respective Hotels.
