... tanks was enthralling. This aquarium had loads of volunteers willing and activley educating the visitors about their beloved aquarium residents. The special effects of the different exhibits such as the sardines rotating above our heads in a circular tank was amazing and I thought it was a CGI picture and not real until we asked and found out is was real fish!Then the jellyfish displays took it to another level with incredible ethereal music to accompany the ...

... have to settle for quarters. We did okay.
We did dine at Magnolia's in the Four Queens Casino. It was very good. Had the prime rib, baked potato, vegetable for $12. We had eaten there before and had not changed.
We called it an early evening and am looking forward to walking around tomorrow. By the way, the sun was out so it was not too cold during the day. The evening, it was too cold. Not liking this.

BCS 2013 National Championship Game: FSU vs. AU

... last 13 seconds of the game to secure the ultimate BCS National Championship title. As the proud Auburn fans gave one final cheer, my UNCONQUERED Florida State Seminoles raised the crystal Coaches’ Trophy overhead as a shower of garnet and gold confetti and the sound of the War Chant filled the air. Rufio congratulated me, and stuck by my side as the majority of Tiger fans exited the stadium during the post-game interviews and celebration.

... t entirely pleased after the game, but it was still an exhilarating experience that I don't ever want to forget.

That evening, we went to dinner at Korean BBQ and then passed out at the hotel after watching the new episode of Sherlock (!!!) that rocked my world.

... diego is close to the mexican border town of tijuana. we've been advised not to make the trip across the border, so we won't bother making the trip. we're staying in the downtown area known as the gaslamp quarter.

our trip from here will take us through los angeles and out into orange county. we'll hug the coast all the way passing some famous surfing beaches.
