          ... in
to go back Monday morning to see if this was a long term thing. I
know from the past that it won't happen over night but some relief is
a great thing. Ben already seems heaps better, the nerves were
pinching in his neck causing his arm to go numb. He was losing
feeling in his thumb and that's starting to come back.

All in all, this was a quiet day,
another day to put feet up and stop after all the busy days we've had
          in the last month.

... 8217;s buddy Ben once again hooked us up with some boards and we enjoyed a good hour and a half out on The Lake. Kaitlyn and I were old pros by then but it took the Spoons to get comfortable standing. The water was choppier than any other day we spent suppin’ but there were no incidents until we were heading back in. Then there were two, Sean once and then only a few yards later, Sean again. After suppin’ we set out for an early lunch ...

This is my first blog post ever! On March, 31 I set out for Santa Cruz to visit a buddy before I headed out toward Maine. The trip is set to be around 9,000 miles and a little over two months. The goal is to camp in crazy places, see amazingly beautiful scenery, and rack up some fun stories, most of which you will enjoy vicariously through this blog.

After visiting Jeremy for a night to start the trip out right, I set out for Truckee on the morning of April ...

The adventures of Charlie Flo and Freedom Train

... it to the parking lot before it was pitch black.
Not long after we found ourselves at hearing dull thunder with dark clouds over head. The smart thing to do was not to summit, but being the invincible young person that I am, I convinced Charlie flo to at least try with me. We started crushing out way up. With the soul intent of getting up and getting down. Not letting either the thin air or the incline slow us down. And as we reached the top it seemed as if the storm clouds had blown ...

... some cool endless fields that were reserved for turkey hunting. I pulled over and let my Jeep rest while SHima ran around for a while.

After this we had to start entering the foothills. It was so pretty. The color changes and contrasts grabbed my attention. As did my temp gauge on my Jeep. We would hit stretches of ups n down and that worked...but then we hit a stretch of nonstop ups...andf eventually we had to stop and let ...
