... Center, ended up in Macy's, I bought a dress as well. What was supposed to be a casual drink with Sanne, ended up spending the entire midday with lots of fun and story sharing. Unfortunately, when time hit about 6 pm, I had to head back, to the bus.

We had some troubles and whatnot when I headed back to Boston, which I eventually had to get a taxi and try to head back to my dorm. I arrived respectively at around 2 AM, instead of the +- 11 pm, but NYC, you were SO ...

... us back to Manhattan. We did pass Walt Whitman Park, though, which was cool. Not because I'm familiar with his work, but because his name is mentioned a fair bit on Breaking Bad. How cultured of me.

After managing to find the station, we got the subway all the way back to Penn Station, and from there just a short walk back to the hotel before we were in our room. Our hotel had a roof-top bar which overlooked the Empire State Building, and we said from the day ...

... we got drench, but it was exhilarating! Back to New York for our night, we spent it at Yankee stadium watching the Yankees versus the Blue Jays (Toronto). Yankees won....great game, loved the YMCA show by the ground staff, funny! What a trip....every part of it was ...

... departure date (frighteningly close), an itinerary of sorts started to solidify: we would start off in Miami, take our course, then drive back to Madison from there, making stops along the way to catch up with close friends. That still left us with the choice of where to go on our Latin American getaway; a decision that wasn't officially made until we were actually back in Madison.

As it turned out, Cuba proved to hold far too much allure to be missed before it ...

JFK airport. amazing but I think Changi in Singapre shades it. Lots of security but like all other airports, the guys handling the security seem to be more like the terrorists compared to the tourists. Yep, I was Dynosticked again and PATTED down. Getting close. I must get them to buy me a drink first before engaging in such activities!

No pics whilst in transit. Same shops and pretty much same prices.
