... waited. Oh we also popped into a shopping centre and found an amazing Japanese store where we finally found a handheld fan!! We checked in, settled in and put our clothes on a wash. We then went to coolambabah wetlands. We have literally never sever seen so many kanagas!! And we went for a little walk on the boardwalk as pretty much all the other routes were flooded - this area had had about 110mm ...
... We saw an advert to say we could cage dive in the tank and help feed them and Darren was so happy. Although when we went to book it was fully booked throughout SeptemberL. Darren was a bit cheesed off but I managed to chat to a shark feeder, who loved the fact we were scousers and how cheeky I was! Luckily he didn’t throw us in the tank but he did give us a special gift, something not many people actually have (real ones anyway!).

Our last week here has been busy visiting Tropical Fruit world and going for a drive to Fingal Head and seeing the lighthouse. One of our final outings was to attack the surf outlets. We came home with bags full of clothes and something for everyone. We have all loved our time here, the sun, surf, theme parks and fun times. It is going to be a day of mixed emotions when we head South.
Chris has been working hard, everything just takes time. It is also more of a fiddle to work on something small than the big and grand buses that he builds.
This week more of the plumbing has gone in. We are so impressed at how neat that looks. In fact the blue and red pipes look like he has used a spirit level on them. Apparently though it is just Chris' meticulous attention to detail.
