    ... pleasing and surprising end to the evening, Archie appeared on the field and the big screen as they asked him to pick the winning ticket in the prize draw! He asked the between-inning entertainment lady if he could get involved and she obliged! A video will follow when we can get it off Louise's phone! Another great day

    ... our flashlight, exploring little tide pools and playing in the water. We took the path back through the “jungle” to get to the campground which was a totally different experience in the dark! I felt like I was trapped in Alice in Wonderland or something. The tree frogs and crickets were singing like CRAZY! They sounded like aliens!     ... only approximately 150 left and 30 to 35 live in these swamps. You don't swim around here!

    The Harborwalk Marina is nice small only 30 slips, it's on the Sampit River. We are very close to a boardwalk that runs the length of the town, it is very small! We walked the town in an hour and 1/2 and that included stops :-) it's the 3rd oldest city in South Carolina. We stopped for a drink The Old Fish ...

    ... are completely shot. Try to hail a cab, not happening. The heck with it, let's take the cart and try not to get pulled over.
    Driving in the shadows on back roads and quickly pulling into people's front yards every time a car came by.
    We get about 3/4 of the way home and the battery dies! Really? All set to carry 2 sleeping kids the rest of the way home when Craig drives up. Seems he found the car eventually.....

    ... the sunshine so many wearing their red white and blue bathing suites :-). Bryan watched the tennis then joined me at the pool, too bad we didn't win.

    We we decided to go back to Ruth's Chris again tonight it's so close and handy we can walk from the boat.
