... Surfers before taking us back to his place on Miami beach, a short drive from the centre. We spent the evening getting to know Brad and some tips on what to do during our stay. On our first full day Brad drove us around, giving us a tour of the Gold Coast. We visited some viewpoints, some beautiful beaches as well the point where Queensland meets South Wales. Before heading back we drove through the 'green behind the gold', the countryside surrounding ...

... with the weather not great we headed to an indoor mall where Santa just happened to be! Ryan was very excited to see Santa and tell him that he had already mailed his letter to him and to remind him of the Tennis Racquet that he really wants.
